Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, dass diel-Form verschiedener Streptokokken auf einfachem vitaminfreiem Nährboden wachsen kann, dessen genaue Zusammensetzung und Herstellung beschrieben wird. Auf das morphologische Wachstumsverhalten der Streptokokkenkolonnen bei Benutzung der synthetischen Nährböden wird ausführlich eingegangen.
