Young NH-mice for the study of mitoses in intact liver

Zusammenfassung

Die mittlere Mitosenzahl in der intakten Leber von jungen NH-Mäusen zeigt eine signifikante 24-h-Periodizität. Zur Zeit des täglichen Mitosengipfels ist diese Zahl genügend hoch, so dass sie sich als Kriterium für die Untersuchung der Faktoren eignet, welche die Lebermitosenin vivo beeinflussen.
