Summary
The complement-inhibiting action of some antiproteases (i.e. the inhibitors from pancreas, sojabeans, Phaseolus, potatoes, ovomucoid, and the effect of the IV. ethanol plasma fraction) has been observed. It was found that the antiproteases produced from sojabeans, pancreas, Phaseolus, and potatoes possess the inhibitory effect.
