Zusammenfassung

Mit 2-Piperidyl(1)-3-phenylpropanol (CN2) wird an Mäusen, Ratten und Hunden eine deutliche zentralstimulierende Wirkung festgestellt. An anästhesierten Katzen und Hunden blockiert CN2 die vasopressive Wirkung des Amphetamins und Ephedrins und verstärkt diejenige der Catecholamine.
