Zusammenfassung

Auf subtotale Hepatektomie (5. Tag) erfolgende Leberregeneration führt zu einer wesentlichen Erhöhung des SGOT-Wertes, mit Anstieg bis zum 10. Tag. Damit parallel verläuft auch die Transaminase-Aktivität der regenerierenden Leber.
