Chromatographic analysis of the urinary melanin pigment

Riassunto

Le urine di un paziente affetto da melanoma maligno sono state analizzate con la tecnica cromatografica per studiare il pigmento melanico in esse contenuto. Usando come rivelatore lap-dimetilaminobenzaldeide di Ehrlich sono state riconosciute tre chiazze che si ritiene di attribuire alla melanina, composto poco solubile e separabile dal resto mediante sedimentazione.
