Zusammenfassung

Es wird mit Hilfe der Elektrophorese nachgewiesen, dass Glutaminsäure-Oxalessigsäure-Transaminase im Gegensatz zu Glutaminsäure-Brenztraubensäure-Transaminase in zwei verschiedenen Fraktionen des Blutserums von Kühen und Schweinen vorhanden ist.
