Über Betacyane, die stickstoffhaltigen Farbstoffe der Centrospermen. Vorläufige Mitteilung

Summary

A micro-examination of the hydrolyzed redviolet pigments of some centrospermae families, calledbetacyanins, led to the conclusion that they are derived from betanidin and isobetanidin, and are thus all nitrogenous.
