Zusammenfassung

Eine einfache Methode zur Gewinnung eines Extraktes (Pulver) von starker Monoaminoxydase-Aktivität aus Hunde- oder Kaninchennieren wird beschrieben. Differentiales Zentrifugieren und rasches Einfrieren sind die wichtigsten Schritte dieser Methode. Die enzymatische Aktivität des Präparates bleibt über mehrere Monate erhalten.
