Zusammenfassung

Anthranilsäure antagonisiert die Isoniazid-Aktivität gegenM. tuberculosis in vitro. Dieser Antagonismus beruht auf keinem physikalisch-chemischen Einfluss der Anthranilsäure auf- die Geschwindigkeit der Isoniazid-Spaltung im flüssigen Nährboden.
