Von embryonalen Hühnerherzen wurdenin vivo Membranpotentiale verschiedenen Regimes registriert. Bereits auf sehr frühen Entwicklungsstadien (37 h) wird eine Differenzierung in Schrittmachergasern und spätere Vertrikelfasern gefunden.
