Zusammenfassung
Die Cytolyse von Peritonealzellen tb-sensibilisierter Tiere durch Zugabe von Alttuberkulin in vitro läßt sich in Abwesenheit von Serum nicht nur nachweisen durch eine Abnahme der Konzentration an intakten Zellen oder durch Beurteilung gefärbter Ausstrichpräparate, sondern auch durch eine Vermehrung von freigesetztem Zellprotein. Ebenso kann auch der cytolytische Effekt von Histamin auf Peritonealzellen nichtsensibilisierter Tiere nachgewiesen werden.
