Zusammenfassung

Membranpotential, Aktionspotential und Spannung der Einzelzuckung einer Einzelfaser des M. sartorius vonRana temporaria nehmen in der calciumfreien Badeflüssigkeit progressiv ab. Extrazelluläres Zink hingegen ist für die Kontraktion nicht notwendig, beeinflusst aber in physiologischen Konzentrationen die Dauer der Aktivität.
