In Magenschleimhaut des Frosches wird das Nicotinamid-adenin-dinucleotid nur im oxydierten Zustand gefunden. Die Absonderung der Säure in der Schleimhaut scheint von der Konzentration des reduzierten Pyridinnucleotids abhängig zu sein.
