Bei mehreren Experimenten an Hunden mit Indolderivaten (MR 689 Sandoz) hat sich erwiesen, dass der vaskuläre Blutdruck, das Minutenvolumen, die Herzarbeit, der koronare Blutkreislauf und der O2-Verbrauch sich erhöhte bei Erhaltung der Herzleistung.
