Zusammenfassung

Der Gehalt anΔ3-trans-Hexadecensäure im Phosphatidylglycerol aus grünen Spinatblättern (Spinacea oleracea) erweist sich als auffallend hoch. Die enzymatische Hydrolyse zeigt die C16-Monoensäure mit derβ-Stelle des Phosphatids verknüpft.
