Zusammenfassung

Bei vielen biochemischen Stoffen wird die mit Ladungstransfer verbundene Komplexbildung durch Veränderungen im gemessenen Absorptionsspektrum angezeigt. Die mögliche Bedeutung einer solchen Komplexbildung, insbesondere bei Wasserstoff-und Elektronentransport innerhalb biologischer Systeme, wird diskutiert.
