Zusammenfassung

Histologisch unveränderte weisse Substanz eines menschlichen Gehirns mit multipler Sklerose hatte weniger gesättigte Fettsäuren als die 4 Kontrollen. Die multiple Sklerose-Herde hatten fast alle C 24: 0 verloren, enthielten aber mehr C22-α-Hydroxysäuren. Die weisse Substanz eines Falles von Lymphogranulom zeigte niedrigere Werte für die gesättigten, aber höhere für Polyensäuren.
