Es wurde die Blutmenge in der Rattenleber sowie die Kathepsinaktivität der Leberhomogenate und des Blutes bestimmt. Unter den beschriebenen Bedingungen war die Kathepsinaktivität der Leberhomogenate nicht durch Blutkontamination beeinflusst.
