Electrophorèse des hémoglobines de poulet sur gel de polyacrylamide

Summary

An electrophoretic method derived fromDavis' technique on polyacrylamide gel was set up to study the separation of hemoglobins. This method shows that during chicken development hemoglobins undergo 4 periods of change. This confirms our earlier results obtained with other methods.
