Zusammenfassung

Die Synthese von Sulfomucopolysacchariden wurde durch den Einbau von35S-Sulfat in die Haut weiblicher Mäuse nach DMBA-Behandlung verfolgt. Es wurde eine signifikante Steigerung der Aufnahme von35S-Sulfat in den karzinogen behandelten Tieren beobachtet.
