Zusammenfassung
Heparin hemmt die Reduktion der Doppelbindung in 4-Stellung des Rings A einer Reihe von C-11-desoxy,Δ 4-4-keto-Steroiden in der Rattenleber. Es scheint, dass Heparin mit NADPH um das Steroid-reduktase-Apoenzym konkurriert.
