Zusammenfassung
Qualitative Untersuchungen an frisch isolierten Stämmen der streng anaerobenVeillonella alcalescens hatten folgendes Ergebnis:
Cytochromoxydase wurde bei 4/50,Katalase bei 22/50 der Stämme aufgefunden. EinePeroxydase von geringer Aktivität scheint die Mehrzahl der Stämme ebenfalls zu besitzen.
Daneben konnteReduktion von Nitrat zu Nitrit regelmäßig,Bildung von Schwefelwasserstoff nahezu regelmäßig nachgewiesen werden.
