Ergebnisse einer Differenzierung von Staphylokokken des Phagtyps „80“

Zusammenfassung

Es wurden 67 Staphylokokken-Stämme, die vom Phag ‚'80“ gelöst wurden, durch Bestimmung der Antigenstruktur, des Antibiogrammes und der fermentativen Leistungen differenziert. Es zeigte sich, daß diese Staphylokokken in den geprüften Reaktionen verschiedene Eigenschaften aufwiesen, die es unwahrscheinlich machen, daß es sich hier um einen einheitlichen Typ handelt. Als besonders wertvoll für die Differenzierung von Staphylokokken erwies sich neben der Lysotypie die Bestimmung der Antigenformel, der Lipase und des Antibiogrammes.
