Zusammenfassung

Ein kontinuierliches optisches Messverfahren für die Bestimmung der alkalischen Phosphatase mitp-Nitrophenyl-phosphat als Substrat wird ausführlich beschrieben. Das Verfahren wird zur Bestimmung der alkalischen Phosphatase in der Rattenniere angewandt.
