Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine Technik zur Erzeugung von Anti-Meerschweinchenkomplement angegeben, die sich dem früher geübten Verfahren als überlegen erweist. Es werden Verfahren zur Auswertung des Anti-Komplements angegeben. Am brauchbarsten erweist sich eine für quantitative Zwecke abgewandelte Form des Agar-Gel-Testes. Diese Methode ermöglicht es, die für die Markierung geeigneten Seren auszuwählen.
