Zusammenfassung

Intensive enzymatische Aktivität (saure Phosphatase, Succinodehydrogenase, Phosphamidase und Glukuronidase) wurde in Osteoklasten-Fremdkörperriesenzellen und vielkernigen Riesenzellen in einer grossen Zahl von pathologischen Knochenprozessen festgestellt. Die Bedeutung dieser Befunde für den Mechanismus der Absorption wird diskutiert.
