Summary

Electrophoretic analysis by theTiselius-Longsworth method was carried on saline extracts from frog's skeletal muscles. It showed at least six protein components two of which were involved in modifications after the muscles had been stimulated till exhaustion. Similar extracts from rabbit's muscles differed markedly in the repartition and in the electrophoretic mobilities of protein components.
