Summary
β-Asp1-Angiotensin II had a more pronounced action on the blood pressure of nephrectomized rats than the correspondingα-compound.β-Asp1-Angiotensins were more slowly destroyed by rat serum, rat kidney homogenate, and human plasma thanα-compounds, especiallyα-Asp1-Angiotensin II amide.
