Zusammenfassung

Methode zur Bestimmung des Gesamtkohlensäuregehalts im Gehirngewebe mit einem Variationskoeffizienten von 0.6%. Versuche mit dieser Methode zeigen, dass die Analysenwerte ohne Einfrierung des Gehirnsin situ zu hoch liegen und schlecht reproduzierbar sind.
