Résumé

La composition en acides aminés des lactotransferrines humaine et bovine a été déterminée. La distribution des acides aminés dans les protéines étudiées est très semblable, sauf en ce qui concerne le tryptophane, la méthionine, l'arginine, l'acide aspartique, la glycine et l'isoleucine.
