Zusammenfassung
Die Antiheparinaktivität des Blutserums bei Personen mit chronischer Niereninsuffizienz erweist sich statistisch gesichert niedriger als bei Gesunden (P<0,001). Der Befund scheint auf einen Zusammenhang mit dem funktionellen Zustand der Thrombocyten hinzuweisen.
