Reduction of dynamic sensitivity of primary muscle spindle endings in experimental tremor

Zusammenfassung

Curareperfusion der Hirnventrikel setzt die dynamische Empfindlichkeit primärer Muskelspindelendigungen herab, wahrscheinlich durch bevorzugte Aktivierung derγ 2-Fusimotoneurone. Dies begünstigt Oscillationen im proprioceptiven Regelkreis, worin eine mögliche Ursache des induzierten Tremors zu suchen ist.
