Die mechanische Zertrümmerung und Extraktion von Bakterien

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Mit dem „Vibro-Emulgor“ konnten Streptokokken, Staphylokokken, Enterokokken, Salmonellen, E. coli, Bac. mesentericus ohne Zusatz von Glaskugeln homogenisiert, mit Zusatz abgetötet werden.

  2. 2.

    Durch die Zertrümmerung bis zur amorphen Masse gehen spezifisch präzipitierende wasserlösliche Substanzen in Lösung. Schwach präzipitierende Anti-Streptokokkensera konnten mit Streptokokken-„Rohextrakten“ hergestellt werden.

  3. 3.

    Hämolysine konnten in den „Rohextrakten“ von Streptokokken der Gruppen A, C und G nachgewiesen werden.

  4. 4.

    Nach Immunisierung von Kaninchen mit Streptokokken-„Rohextrakten“ ließen sich degenerative Veränderungen in Herz, Leber und Nieren nachweisen.
