Über die quantitative Komplementbindungsreaktion (Wa.R.) zur Syphilis-Diagnose

Zusammenfassung

Nach einer Darstellung der in der Literatur beschriebenen quantitativen Komplementbindungsreaktionen zur Luesdiagnose wird ein Mittelwert-Test angegeben, der reproduzierbare Titerbestimmungen mit einer Fehlergrenze von Maximal 15% bei der Verwendung von Trockenkomplement und von etwa 25% bei Frischkomplementen ermöglicht. Vergleiche mit der quantitativen KBR nachWadsworth und mit demKolmer-Test werden angestellt. Auf die Notwendigkeit, bei der Prüfung moderner Antigene exakte quantitative Methoden zu benutzen, wird hingewiesen.
