Über das Verhalten der Kälteagglutinine bei aktiver Immunisierung

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Immunisierungsversuche bei Kaninchen berichtet, die zeigen, daß außer der Erzielung eines spezifischen immunisatorischen Effektes auch eine vorübergehende Erhöhung des Kälteagglutiningehaltes auf den spezifischen Immunitätsreiz hin auftritt. Jedoch besteht zwischen Kälteagglutinin- und spezifischem Immuntiter — statistisch — keine positive Korrelation.
