Vergleichende Untersuchungen zur Herstellung von Antigenen für die Influenza-Komplementbindungsreaktion

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Herstellung von V- und S-Antigenen für die Influenza-Komplementbindungsreaktion berichtet. Eine Anzahl von Modifikationsmöglichkeiten wurde durchgearbeitet und die einfachsten, dabei ertragreichsten Verfahren herausgestellt.

Abschließend wird die Leistungsfähigkeit beider Antigene diskutiert und namentlich der Wert des S-Antigens für die praktische Serodiagnostik betont.
