3. Mitteilung. Über die Verbreitung Penicillin-resistenter Staphylokokken

Zusammenfassung

Es wird an geographisch und milieumäßig geeignetem Material gezeigt, daß in Südosteuropa in ländlichen Gebieten keine penicillinresistenten Staphylokokken vorkommen, daß dagegen in Großstädten, vor allem im Krankenhausmilieu dieselben hohen Prozentsätze zu finden sind, wie sie von englischen Autoren für die dortigen entsprechenden Verhältnisse gefunden wurden. Ebenso wird eine eingehende Analyse der resistenten Mikrokokken aus denselben Gegenden und Verhältnissen gebracht. Es zeigt sich, daß die Verteilung der resistenten Stämme ganz anders ist, als bei den Staphylokokken. Die Gründe dafür werden untersucht.
