Röntgenologische Fehldiagnosen bei Oesophagusdilatation und Kardiospasmus

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine seit 14 Jahren bestehende Oesophagusdilatation bei Kardiospasmus berichtet, die bis zu ihrer Erkennung eine ganze Reihe von Fehldeutungen erfahren hat. Die gleichzeitig bestehende rechtsseitige, Oberlappenerkrankung wird als chronische Aspirationspneumonie gedeutet, die differentialdiagnostisch nur schwer von der Lungentuberkulose zu unterscheiden ist und auf Pneumothoraxbehandlung gut anzusprechen scheint.
