Zusammenfassung

Synthese und Transport von Cholesterin in Hühner-Aortazellen wurden untersucht: 1. grösste Inkorporationsrate von C14-Acetat in der Sterin-Fraktion, 2. verminderte Aufnahme von C14-Cholesterin in Aortazellen nach ihrer Inkubation mit lipämischem Menschenserum. Der Eintritt von H3-Cholesterin in das Zytoplasma der Aortazellen von Affen wurde autoradiographisch festgestellt.
