Zusammenfassung

Es gelingt durch niedertourige Differentialzentrifugierung normaler Milzzellen der Maus, in vitro mitE.-coli-Suspensionen inkubiert, den Grobteil der Vorläufer Antikörper bildender Zellen abzutrennen, welche zusammen mitE. coli spezifische Agglutinine bilden konnten. Dies war durch Erfassung bakterieller «Kolonieverklumpung» in Empfänger-Mäusen zu bestimmen.
