Nachweis, dass «Plaque»-bildende Antikörperzellen gegen somatische Antigene vonVibrio cholerae sich in der Milz immunisierter Mäuse schnell und «treppenartig» nach übereinstimmender Latenzzeit von 42 h entwickeln, ohne dass dabei ein «background» an Antikörper bildenden Zellen zu erfassen war.
