Riassunto

L'ingrossamento nucleare è stato osservato in cellule plasmolizzate e non plasmolizzate di tessuto di frutto di limone. Queste osservazioni confermano le precedenti investigazioni secondo le quali l'ingrossamento nucleare può dipendere da una attività citoplasmatica e che sotto condizioni non normali un nucleo ingrossato non rappresenta necessariamente un incremento di sintesi proteica.
