Zusammenfassung
Die intrazellulären pH-Werte von Rattenleber wurden mit Hilfe der DMO-Verteilungsmethode untersucht. Der intrazelluläre pH-Mittelwert der Leberzellen betrug 7,17±0,09; die intra-extrazelluläre pH-Differenz war 0,23.
