Zusammenfassung

Mit der Methode der Präzipitationshemmung nachHerzenberg et al.6 wurde die Kreuzreaktion von Seren subhumaner Primaten mit einem Antiserum gegen menschlichesα 1-Antitrypsin gemessen. Die Ergebnisse stimmen mit der geltenden Taxonomie gut überein.α 1-Antitrypsin hat sich während der Evolution offenbar weniger konservativ verhalten als Serumalbumin.
