Zusammenfassung

Stücke des Eierstocks von 10 oder 13 Tage alten Wachtelembryonen werden 5 oder 24 h in Organkultur gezüchtet und dann auf die Chorioallantoismembran 7 Tage alter Hühnchen übertragen. Nach elftägigem Wachstum beobachtet man eine Entwicklung von intrafollikulären Oozyten in Previtellogenese.
