Zusammenfassung

Vesikelartige Gebilde wurden in Papillarmuskeln von Ratten beobachtet. Diese wie Diplokokken aussehenden Doppelvesikel lagen an der Zelloberfläche, innerhalb der transversalen Tubuli und im Zwischenraum der Glanzstreifen. Die Ergebnisse lassen eine enge Beziehung zwischen diesen diplokokkenartigen Vesikeln und den sogenannten Zystisomen vermuten.
