Résumé
Une épuration biologique préalable («screening») des protéines marquées est indispensable pour la mesure du volume plasmatique chez la souris. La diffusion extravasculaire rapide de l'albumine gêne fortement les déterminations. Au contraire, le fibrinogène donne des résultats exacts et reproductibles.
