Summary

The author describes the origin of 2 daughter cells of HeLa cellular line: one double nuclear and the other single nuclear cell. Both cells origined by the mitotic division of the single nuclear mother cell without any artificial treatment. The observation is documented by the series of partial photographs of the time-lapse cine-film.
