Zusammenfassung

Epiphysektomie bei verschiedenen Gruppen weiblicher Ratten ergab Zunahme des Schilddrüsengewichtes. Diese war postoperativ in der ersten Woche besonders stark und perennierte während 7 Wochen der Experimentdauer. Entsprechende Gewichtszunahme der Schilddrüse resultiert auch nach Epiphysektomie bei hypophysenlosen Tieren.
